For The Attention of The Chairman:

Sir,

I make clear from the out-set; this is not about pay, conditions, pensions or bringing the service into disrepute. All except the latter are out of my control in any case. I am a dedicated, serving officer, who loves the police, a service for the public, made up of the public. I want people to be proud of that which I serve in.
Nonetheless, I find myself gravely concerned about the ongoing and escalating reforms; some of which have been passed and some of which are yet to be ratified...
